Rick Skoff

Rick Skoff is the Managing Director of the Emerging Markets Group at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where Rick has been instrumental since March 2011, showcasing significant expertise in recruiting and a deep understanding of the legal profession. Achievements include several annual awards for teamwork, productivity, sales excellence, and client service. Previously, Rick served as Director of Client Law Firm Recruiting, focusing on identifying talent solutions for law firm clients across various sectors. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart and Morgan Samuels Company, as well as business development and recruiting responsibilities on the West Coast. Rick’s career also includes service as a Commissioned Naval Officer in the US Navy, completing advanced medical training at Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital. Rick earned a combined BS and DMD degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
