Susanne Rhodes, J.D., currently serves as the Manager of Training and Professional Development for Major, Lindsey & Africa's Partner Practice Group since March 2022, focusing on enhancing the success of law firm partner recruiters. Previously, Susanne held the position of Internal Recruiting Manager at Major, Lindsey & Africa, overseeing the recruiting process and human resources functions. In addition, Susanne is the Founder and CEO of Lawfully LLC, providing targeted support to law firm partners to develop profitable practices. Prior experience includes serving as a Managing Search Consultant at The Advocates from May 2015 to October 2020, where Susanne defined and executed recruiting strategies, as well as working as a lawyer in various litigation roles from 2007 to 2015. Susanne earned a J.D. from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
