Thomas Goubadia

Thomas Goubadia is a Managing Director – Client Development with MLA Interim Legal Talent. Based in Basking Ridge, NJ, Thomas works with law firms and corporations to craft solutions to their legal workforce challenges.

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Thomas worked at Maxim Healthcare for six years, where he began as a recruiter and was swiftly promoted to a business development role. Most recently, Thomas served as an Operations Manager for Maxim’s West Orange, New Jersey, office. In this role, he oversaw a very successful business development team while continuing to build relationships with patients, referral sources, case managers, physicians, other members of the health care team, and community members.
