Tracy Burrows

Tracy Burrows is a Managing Director in the Partner Practice Group. Based in Singapore, Tracy advises partners, partner groups and law firms through the delicate process of lateral hiring. Tracy has particular experience in helping law firm clients identify merger targets in the Singapore market.

With over 15 years of experience in the executive search industry, Tracy is a true expert in the global legal search industry. She has provided strategic recruitment and solutions to global law firms in Singapore and across Asia Pacific, and previously the UK and Europe, advising on significant partner and team moves. She also advises global law firms on entry into the Singapore market and counsels senior lawyers on career moves.

Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Tracy was managing director with V&P Global, where she established and led the firm’s Asia Pacific practice out of Singapore. Prior to this, she was a partner in the legal practice of Definitive Consulting. Tracy began her career in executive search with V&P Global in London.

Tracy is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand.
