Carol Jiang has extensive experience in account management and operations, currently serving as an Associate Account Director at Majorel China since July 2017, having previously held the positions of Senior Account Manager and Operation Manager within the same company. Prior to Majorel, Carol worked at Convergys from May 2012 to June 2017 in roles including Quality Manager and Senior Team Manager. Carol's career began at EF English First as an Account Manager from December 2008 to May 2012 and included earlier experience as a Marketing Specialist at Shanghai Lake Malaren Golf Club from July 2005 to December 2008. Carol holds a degree in Law and Social Work from Nanjing Tech University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
