Fang Ying is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and account management with a strong focus on the luxury and automotive sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Account Director at arvato China since January 2013, Fang Ying specializes in providing comprehensive CRM solutions, including customer communication management and data management. Prior to this role, Fang Ying worked as an Account Manager at Arvato Services, where responsibilities included onsite contact center management and consultancy for global business needs. Earlier experience includes a position as a journalist for Dragon TV's "City Beat." Fang Ying holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Zhejiang University and a Bachelor’s degree in Art from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
