Freda Li is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in call center and customer service management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at arvato China since March 2016, Freda is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the call center environment. Previous roles include Senior Customer Service Manager at Face Score Financial Information Service Co., Ltd., and Call Center Senior Manager at Xiao Nan Guo Holdings Ltd., where Freda focused on establishing procedures, staff training, and performance assessment. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Assab International AB and DHL, demonstrating a strong background in organizational efficiency and service excellence.
