Xuehai Jiang currently serves as Associate Solution Director at Majorel China, overseeing social CRM solutions for top cosmetics brands such as Kiehl’s, Lancôme, and L’Oréal Paris since April 2023. With significant experience in project leadership and strategy development, Xuehai has successfully managed over 10 projects focusing on market research and solution design. Prior to this role, Xuehai worked at arvato China as Executive Assistant to the CFO and Customer Service Division Head, where responsibilities included coordinating management meetings and contributing to strategic business development. Earlier experience includes an internship in International Relations for the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015 and a summer internship at Endemol Asia, focusing on marketing research in Chinese television. Xuehai holds a Master of Arts in Global Communication from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Global Media and Communication from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
