Maggie Gladson

Maggie Gladson has extensive experience in creative management and graphic design. Maggie was the Creative Director at Majority Strategies, where they managed a team of 28 graphic designers and implemented strategies to meet production deadlines. Prior to that, they worked as the Studio Manager at GuideWell Connect, leading a creative team and achieving significant cost savings through resource management and process enhancements. Maggie also had experience at Florida Blue, where they served as the Studio Operations and Traffic Manager, ensuring brand standards and regulatory compliance. Maggie started their career as a Graphic Designer at Renaissance Creative, where they were responsible for creating marketing materials and managing brand development.

Maggie Gladson attended Texas State University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design.
