Chandler McGruder

Chandler McGruder is currently a MAP D-League Fellow and Team Captain at Make A Play Foundation, where Chandler leads a team of approximately 10 student-athletes in a professional development fellowship focused on in-demand skills for competitive industries. As a Brother in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity since October 2021, Chandler has also contributed as a Strategy & Management Student Consultant at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Chandler developed a skill-based campus wellness program aimed at reducing mental health disparities for BIPOC students by over 25% in three years. Chandler is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, expected to graduate in May 2024.
