Travis Ryan currently serves as the Group Head of IT Infrastructure and Technology at Make-A-Wish Australia since September 2018. Prior to this role, extensive experience was acquired at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) from May 2011 to September 2018, where Travis held several managerial positions including Manager of Project Delivery, Manager of Portfolio Management and Business Analysis, and Manager of Infrastructure and Technology. Earlier experience includes a tenure at NEMMCO from 2004 to June 2011, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT operations and providing infrastructure support. Travis holds a Master’s degree in Business IT from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Management from Deakin University.
