Juan Hendrawan

Juan Hendrawan has a diverse work experience spanning across various organizations. Juan started their career as an intern at ISIC - International Student Identity Card, where they worked on promoting the ISIC card, an internationally accepted proof of full-time student status. Juan then joined WYSE Travel Confederation, assisting in the marketing and communication department, promoting travel and educational opportunities for students and youth.

Juan later moved on to WWF-Belgium, where they served as a Marketing Analyst and Advisor - Public Engagement, contributing to the organization's public engagement initiatives. Juan then transitioned to WWF, starting as a Global Membership & Legacy Initiatives Network Coordinator, working on international initiatives for WWF network. Juan also took on the role of Global Individual Fundraising Knowledge Manager, responsible for knowledge management.

In 2017, Juan advanced within WWF to become a Global Individual Fundraising Sr. Specialist, advising and engaging with fundraising offices to develop individual and legacy fundraising. Juan also served as a mentor for WWF's Mentoring Programme.

Most recently, Juan worked as the Global Head of Individual Fundraising at World Animal Protection, collaborating with campaign and fundraising colleagues globally to increase funds from the public and legacies in multiple countries. Currently, Juan is the Global Director of Fundraising Digital Integration at Make-A-Wish International.

Juan Hendrawan has a Master of Science (MSc) in Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in European Studies Communication Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, graduating from 2006 to 2009. In 2008, they also attended Texas Tech University for a brief period, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication.
