Brian Powell

Brian Powell currently serves as the Senior Director for National Leadership and Planned Giving at Make-A-Wish America, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on philanthropy to support children battling critical illnesses through major and planned gifts. Prior experience includes over eight years at the University of Notre Dame, where Brian held various roles, culminating in Director of Athletics Advancement, overseeing fundraising strategies and collaboration with 70 fundraisers. Additional experience includes leadership positions at James Madison University, California State University, Bakersfield, and an internship at the University of Louisville. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown College and a Master of Science in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville.
