Gillet

Volunteer

Ms. Gillet is an experienced educator and innovator with a diverse background in design thinking and technology education. Currently a volunteer with Make-A-Wish America and a coordinator for the Tech Challenge/Invention Convention, Ms. Gillet also serves as a Classroom Facilitator for the Fremont Unified School District and as a PBS Digital Innovator. As the founder of National Design Thinking Week, emphasis is placed on integrating design thinking principles into elementary education. With a strong commitment to academic research, Ms. Gillet has participated in various professional development initiatives, including a biotech training program at Stanford University School of Medicine. Educational credentials include an MEd in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University, a Project Management Mastery certification from Stanford University, and extensive coursework in design and online teaching from Stanford Continuing Studies.
