Ondřej Tichý

Ondřej Tichý is a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist at Make, where responsibilities include setting up product analytics, developing a Text-to-SQL chat, improving analytics team processes, and fostering data culture within the organization. Previous experience includes building Business Intelligence capabilities from the ground up at Integromat, leading a data analysis team at Liftago while undertaking various analytical projects, and serving as BI technical lead at MallGroup, where significant contributions included cloud-based migration and GDPR implementation. Ondřej has also held roles as Head of Business Intelligence at Netretail Holding B.V. and project manager at Asociace pro elektronickou komerci (APEK). Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business and a SAP Business Intelligence course.
