Pascal Redaoui

Pascal Redaoui is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Lead at both Lenses.io and Make since June 2022 and November 2024, respectively. Previously, Pascal held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Finance & Strategy at Process Analytics Factory - PAFnow by Celonis from May 2020 to 2024, focusing on artificial process intelligence and software solutions. A sabbatical taken from August 2019 to April 2020 involved strategic travel and personal growth. Prior to that, Pascal worked in technology investment banking at Arma Partners from July 2014 to July 2019, and as an Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. for a brief period in 2013. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of RSM Student Representation and as a Student Member on the Faculty Council at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration was obtained between 2011 and 2014.
