Polina Dimitrova

Polina Dimitrova serves as the Global Head of People at Make since September 2022, overseeing various aspects of the People function, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employer Branding. Prior to this role, Polina led Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding efforts at Celonis and worked as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at EUROWAG, where Polina enhanced hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives. In a previous position at Ingram Micro, Polina excelled as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, focusing on innovative hiring practices within a Fortune 500 environment. Polina's career began at EXL as a Finance Associate & Recruiter, laying a strong foundation in finance before transitioning to human resources. Polina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy, a Master of Arts in Political Science and Diplomacy from New Bulgarian University, and a mini MBA from PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditing Ltd., with international exposure through the Erasmus program at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
