Francesco Gaido

Francesco Gaido currently serves as a Floor Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since April 2023 and as a Bartender at Make It Nice, the only 3 Michelin-starred plant-based restaurant in the world, since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Francesco worked as a Junior Mixologist at The Connaught from October 2018 to February 2022, during which the establishment received multiple awards, including Best Bar in the World for 2020 and 2021 by 50 Best Bars. Francesco's educational background includes studies at the School of Art in Saluzzo, Cuneo, Italy.
