Marcus Blackwell Jr.

Marcus Blackwell is an accomplished entrepreneur and music educator, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Make Music Count, which aims to enhance mathematical skills in students through piano playing and music integration. Since June 2013, Marcus has also held the position of CEO at Make Music Count LLC. Prior experience includes acting as Music Director at Elizabeth Baptist Church, where responsibilities included leading musical rehearsals and directing services. Prior to that, Marcus worked as a Modeling Analyst at GE Energy, where analytical skills were applied to contract reviews and operational data analysis. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Morehouse College, obtained in 2009.
