Ashley Foster

Ashley Foster has extensive experience in retail management, particularly within MAC Cosmetics, where responsibilities ranged from Field Executive Sales Manager overseeing sales and operations of 13 locations in the San Francisco & North Bay area since November 2017 to Senior Retail Manager managing operations and sales of 16 locations in the East Bay from October 2008 to August 2017. Throughout the tenure at MAC, Ashley successfully opened new locations, coordinated large-scale events, conducted interviews and hiring, provided staff training and support, and managed regional operations and budgets. Previous roles included Store Manager, Retail Manager, and a Make-up Artist, showcasing a strong progression through various levels of management and an emphasis on customer service and sales achievement. Prior to MAC, Ashley held management positions at Junior's Italian Restaurant and Shaw's Supermarkets, further solidifying expertise in team leadership, customer service, and operational excellence.
