Kristy Hoffman

Kristy Hoffman currently serves as the Field Executive Sales Manager at MAC Cosmetics since November 2025. Prior to this role, Kristy held various positions at NARS Cosmetics from March 2015 to July 2025, including Director of Sales for the West region and Sales & Training Executive. Additionally, Kristy was a Lead Trainer for the North West and has experience as a Sales & Education Executive for Burberry Beauty at BEAUTE PRESTIGE INTERNATIONAL and Interparfums, Inc. Kristy's career began at Nordstrom, where responsibilities included Business Manager for Burberry Beauty and shu uemura, along with the role of Assistant Department Manager. Kristy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Sonoma State University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
