Marco Pognante

Marco Pognante serves as the Director of Visual Merchandising and Store Design at MAC Cosmetics since April 2023, focusing on the execution of brand strategy and enhancement of customer experiences in US retail environments. Previously, Pognante held the position of Senior Manager at Jo Malone London & TOM FORD Beauty from October 2018 to March 2023, overseeing team management and designer recruitment. Pognante also contributed as Design Manager for Estee Lauder & CLINIQUE between January 2016 and September 2018, leading significant display design projects with a budget of $14 million. The earlier career includes experience as a Designer in Visual Merchandising at Estée Lauder's EMEA Center of Excellence and an internship in Visual Merchandising and Retail Design at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Pognante holds Industrial Design Bachelor's degrees in Retail & Product Design from both Strate, Ecole de Design and Politecnico di Torino.
