Scott Grzybowski

Scott Grzybowski has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement in the cosmetics industry. Scott is currently the Vice President Global Brand Supply Chain at MAC Cosmetics. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Vice President Global Procurement - Third Party Manufacturing and Executive Director Global Procurement - Third Party Manufacturing. Scott also worked at Avon Products, Inc., where they were the Director of New Product Engineering and Development - Global Color Category Leader and Global Supply Chain Category Leader - Skincare Category. In addition, they had roles at Avon as North America New Product Development Category Manager for Skincare and Color and at Colgate Palmolive as an Operations Team Leader and Packaging Continuous Improvement Team Leader. Scott Grzybowski has a strong background in managing and improving supply chain operations.

Scott Grzybowski attended Miami University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a triple major in Operations Management, Business Statistics, and Organizational Behavior. Scott obtained a degree in Business Administration.
