Marçal Barboza

Marçal Barboza has a long history of work experience in the IT field. From 1998 to 2022, they have held various roles with different companies. In 1998, they began as a Programador at VTS Informática, where they developed and maintained systems. In 2001, they moved to JV Souza Associados as an Analista Programador. From 2005 to 2015, they worked at WA Marketing Interativo, where they held the roles of Coordenador de TI and Supervisor de Suporte. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining high system availability, managing the development team, and overseeing the support team. Finally, in 2022, they moved to MakeITSimple as the Head of Development.

Marçal Barboza obtained a Graduate Degree in Processamento de Dados from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo between 1999 and 2001. Marçal then went on to obtain a Post Graduate Degree in Gestão de Projetos em TI - Metodologia PMI from UNIBTA - Centro Universitário between 2009 and 2010. In 2019, Marçal Barboza obtained two professional certificates from CertiProf™: DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC) – (Brazilian Portuguese) and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC).
