Sumit Bedi is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand and performance marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at MakeMyTrip since September 2020, Sumit oversees brand marketing, growth marketing, and customer lifecycle management. Prior roles at MakeMyTrip and GoIbibo include leading performance marketing for the Hotels business as both Vice President and Director. Sumit previously held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Customer Experience at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited and has a strong foundation in marketing management from his time at Info Edge India Ltd. and Johnson & Johnson. An IIM Bangalore alumnus with a B.E. in Electronics from Punjab Engineering College, Sumit's early career included software engineering at Computer Sciences Corporation, showcasing a diverse skill set that spans both technical and marketing disciplines.
