Derek Lapcevic

Derek Lapcevic, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in performance reporting and middle office operations. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Reporting at Makena Capital Management, LLC since October 2013, Derek is responsible for performance reporting, middle office/trade operations, and data quality control. Previously, as Operations Manager at Citco Fund Services from March 2005 to October 2013, Derek managed a team overseeing middle office operations, securities valuation, and profit and loss reporting for hedge funds totaling over $9 billion in assets. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed between 2000 and 2004.
