Álvaro Souza

Álvaro Souza is a software engineer with experience in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and front-end development. Álvaro has worked with companies such as Maker AI, Wishpond, and Novatics to develop new features and maintain existing functionality on their platforms. Álvaro also contributed to the development of the Brazilian free/open-source software portal while studying at the University of Brasília and worked as a software developer student maintaining the FGA college news/institutional portal. Álvaro previously served as a software development intern at the CDTC-GigaCandanga where they helped maintain the news portal using PHP.

Álvaro Souza studied Software Engineering from 2010 to 2016 at the Universidade de Brasília. In March 2021, they obtained the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from the World Education Services.
