Edward Mawejje

Edward Mawejje serves as a District Program Officer and Public Health Specialist at Makerere University Joint AIDS Program (MJAP) since October 2021, focusing on providing technical support in HIV prevention and care, along with health systems strengthening interventions across multiple domains. Prior to this role, Edward worked as a Clinical Research Physician at JCRC from September 2020 to January 2021. Edward holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Makerere University School of Public Health, where studies concentrated on epidemiology, reproductive health, nutrition, and infectious diseases, as well as an M.B.B.S degree from Makerere University College of Health Sciences, emphasizing general medicine and surgery.
