Anthony Chhoy

Anthony Chhoy has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Anthony is currently the Director and Principal Consultant of L&C Partners Pty Ltd, where they provide business consulting services in various sectors including energy, technology, and media and entertainment.

Prior to this, Anthony was involved in the launch and growth of Makers Empire, a 3D design app for students. Anthony served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and later as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer. During their time at Makers Empire, they successfully built the startup from scratch, expanding its user base to over 3 million users in 50 countries. Anthony also spearheaded the channel partner strategy and led the development of a 3D design learning program for schools.

Before their involvement with Makers Empire, Anthony worked as a Seed Investor at MyVenue, a point-of-sale solution for food and beverage operations. Anthony also contributed to the growth and operations of Central European Media Enterprises, a media and entertainment company. Anthony held the positions of Executive Vice President and Head of Strategic Planning & Operations, Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Planning & Operations, Head of Planning and Business Development, Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. During their time at the company, they revitalized channel viewership, transformed the company into an integrated media company, and implemented strategic plans for growth.

Anthony's early career includes positions at EY as an Audit Manager and Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Audit Senior. Anthony worked on audits for public energy companies and managed the development of accounting models.

Anthony Chhoy has a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Anthony also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Bachelor of Finance (BFin) from the University of Adelaide. Additionally, Anthony is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a scholar of the Industry Leaders Fund.
