Olga Skochko

Olga Skochko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Olga worked as a Software QA Engineer at Makers Empire since April 2022. Prior to that, from March 2021 to March 2022, they held a role as a QA Engineer. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Olga worked as an English Second Language Teacher from March 2014 to February 2022 as a self-employed professional. Olga also has experience as a Client Services Manager at Partysons Creative Agency from April 2012 to March 2014. Olga's expertise extends to the field of development as well, as they served as the Manager of the Development Department at Rosinter Ukraine from September 2002 to September 2012.

Olga Skochko completed their Master's degree in Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 1996 and 2002. Olga then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to their degrees, Olga also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received a Certificate in English Advanced from the British Council. A year earlier, in 2017, they completed the Certificate in Teaching for Success Course, also from the British Council. Olga obtained the CELTA (Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from the ILC International Language Centre in 2020. Recently, in 2022, they achieved a QA Manual certification from the Beetroot Academy. Their most recent certification is the SheCodes Basics, which they obtained in 2023 from SheCodes.
