Technical Lead at Makers Empire

Puzhi Yao has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Puzhi started their career as a Volunteer at the University of Adelaide in 2013. Puzhi then worked as a Software Developer at +Life •Add Life Technologies•, where they played a key role in the development of Relax Kaleidoscope and Add-Life's virtual rehabilitation program. In this role, Puzhi was responsible for implementing game functionality and managing data interchange between the Azure database and users.

Puzhi later became a Research Assistant (Unity) at the University of South Australia, where they supported the deployment of Linux Virtual Reality Environment Integration and worked on Microsoft HoloLens application development. Following this, they joined Foxie Games as a Unity Developer and Team Lead Coordinator. Puzhi contributed to the design and development of the game Horse Riding Tales, which gained popularity with over 3 million players. Puzhi'sresponsibilities included tracking team progress, scheduling and assigning tasks, and coordinating team activities.

After their time at Foxie Games, Puzhi joined Weistek Technology as a Unity Developer and later became a Lead Developer. Puzhi then transitioned to Makers Empire, working as a Unity Developer and currently serves as Technical Lead.

Throughout their career, Puzhi has demonstrated strong technical skills in Unity development and has experience working on virtual reality projects. Puzhi has also shown leadership abilities, coordinating team tasks and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Puzhi Yao has a strong educational background in various fields. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued their Master of Software Engineering at the University of Adelaide, specializing in Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Mathematical and Computer Sciences at the same university, majoring in Computer Science.
