Ja'Nay Hawkins

Ja'Nay Hawkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development, talent acquisition, and educational outreach. Currently serving as Chief Partnerships Officer at MAKERS Women since September 2016, Ja'Nay has held multiple roles within the organization, including Head of Partner Development and DE&I Programming, and Senior Business Development Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a recruiter at AOL for The Huffington Post, focusing on talent acquisition for internships and fellowship programs, and a managerial position at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, where Ja'Nay developed talent and strengthened partnerships with educational institutions.
