Sargam Atherton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer strategy and operations within the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Strategy & Operations at MakerSights since August 2020, Sargam oversees onboarding, professional services, and support functions for a leading Voice of Consumer platform. Prior to this role, Sargam held significant positions at Medallia, including Head of Implementations and Professional Services and Director of Professional Services, where responsibilities included managing a $20 million recurring revenue portfolio and exceeding service revenue targets. Sargam also contributed to product development and implementation initiatives at Accenture and began a career with various roles in data and systems integration.
