Sonja Laajaj

Sonja Laajaj is a Team Lead at MakesYouLocal, responsible for coordinating tasks, ensuring KPIs are met, and providing quality assurance. Sonja specializes in localizing and optimizing clients' webshops for the Finnish market. Prior to this, Sonja worked as an E-commerce Assistant, handling customer service, shop management, and translations. Sonja gained experience in PR, sales, marketing, and event production through internships at Marsaana Communications and Ivana Helsinki. Sonja also volunteered as a backstage dresser at Copenhagen Fashion Week and worked as a salesperson at K-Supermarket Pirana.
