Alicia Valencia

Alicia Valencia has a long and distinguished career in the beauty industry. Alicia began their career in 1993 as Vice President, Field Sales, East Coast, Canada and Puerto Rico for Bobbi Brown, La Mer & Jo Malone at Estee Lauder. Alicia then took on roles as VP, Field Sales & Marketing, Latin America for Bobbi Brown, La Mer & Jo Malone, Vice President, Latin America & US Hispanic Market, Vice President, Strategic Planning, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Latin America, and Executive Director, Travel Retailing, Western Hemisphere. In 2010, they joined Bobbi Brown Cosmetics as VP, GM North America and VP, Global Education, Artistry and Events. In 2015, they moved to HSN as SVP Beauty. In 2017, they joined Pat McGrath Cosmetics as Global General Manager. Currently, they are the Global President of Makeup by Mario and the CEO of Beauty of Brand Building.

Alicia Valencia is currently enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
