Ashley Fowler

Ashley Fowler has over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, starting with their role as a sales associate at Foley's in 2003. In 2005, they became a Color Expert at Sephora, where they focused on providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Ashley moved on to become a Sales and Education Executive at Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics in 2012. From 2013 to 2018, they held various roles at Urban Decay Cosmetics, including Sales Executive and Area Sales Manager, responsible for driving revenue growth, managing relationships with store leadership and beauty advisors, and coaching team members. In 2018, they joined Pat McGrath Cosmetics as a Sales and Education Manager, where they built and led high-performing sales teams, managed budgets and inventory, and developed and executed business plans to achieve sales targets.
