Thea Hestad Kavli

Thea Hestad Kavli is the CEO and Daglig leder at Makeup Mekka since November 2020. Thea Hestad is responsible for managing the Product team and the SoMe/Content team, handling product strategy, development, supplier negotiations, and overseeing Makeup Mekka's social media channels. Prior to their current role, Thea Hestad held various positions at L'Oréal, including Market Brand Manager for NYX Professional Makeup. Thea holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School.
