Robert Helou has extensive experience in strategic marketing and communication. Robert has worked in various roles that involve managing brands' marketing and communication strategies, including content creation, multimedia design, and public relations activities. Some of the companies they have worked for include Sharekkna, ProBI Solutions inc., and OAK.agency. Robert has also served as the Head of the Marketing and Communication Department at Makhzoumi Foundation and as a Senior Layout Designer at Al Joumhouria Newspaper. Prior to that, they worked as an Art Director at The reflection agency and as a Graphic Designer at SWELPIX INTERACTIVE AGENCY and NAHAS PUBLISHING HOUSE.

Robert Helou's education history begins in 2006 when they attended the Industrial Technical Institute, where they obtained a degree in Graphic Design. Robert studied there until 2009. In 2017, they enrolled at the American University of Beirut and completed a Strategic Communication Certificate in May 2018. Their next educational experience was in 2022 at Google, where they obtained a degree in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing. In the same year, they also pursued additional certifications in various fields including SEO, brand strategy, and leadership communications through LinkedIn. Finally, in 2023, they embarked on a Digital Journalism program at Reuters and is currently pursuing this field of study.
