Taneya Jones

Taneya Jones is an experienced operations manager with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Making Lives Better with Alorica since July 2011, responsibilities include creative solutioning across multiple lines of business for Optum RX. Prior to this role, Taneya worked as a Financial Social Worker I at Cumberland County Department of Social Services, where applications were reviewed to determine assistance eligibility. Previous experience at West included serving as Operations Supervisor and Subject Matter Expert, overseeing customer service performance and leading quality improvement initiatives. Taneya holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia College and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
