Costanza Ghelfi

Operations Director Ad-machina at Making Science

Costanza Ghelfi has a diverse work experience starting as an intern at the Italian Permanent Representation at the EU in 2009. Costanza went on to work at Accenture in research and business strategy intern roles. In 2012, they joined H-FARM Industry as a digital marketing intern, eventually progressing to a junior consultant and then a consultant. Costanza then worked at easyJet Holidays as an acquisition specialist and optimization manager. In 2016, they joined Hundredrooms as the Head of Advertising and later became the Head of Marketing. In 2018, they co-founded ad-machina and agua3, which later became part of Making Science. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director ad-machina at Making Science.

Costanza Ghelfi attended Università Bocconi from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Laurea triennale in Economia aziendale e management. Costanza later pursued a Laurea specialistica in Marketing Management from Università Bocconi, graduating in 2012.
