Sue Ballard

Sue Ballard is an experienced professional serving as a Leadership Coach, Course Facilitator, and Trainer at Making Stuff Better Ltd since September 2023, and as a Director at Neuro Nudges since June 2023, where the integration of neuroscience into coaching practice is emphasized for transformative outcomes. In addition to these roles, Sue Ballard has been a Self Leadership and Mindset Coach since June 2021, and owns and designs for ZOKO Jewelry, an online jewelry company. Previous educational roles include serving as a Middle School Lead Teacher at Hong Kong International School and as a Grade Level Leader at Western Academy of Beijing, along with experience as a Grade 5 Lead Teacher at Dulwich College Beijing. Sue Ballard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Teaching Credential from California State University, Chico, and has pursued multiple coaching certifications from Co-Active Coach Training Institute and Co-Active Training Institute since 2020.
