Ritika Sharma has held various Human Resources positions over the past 8 years. In 2014, they began their career as an Account Manager with Cairn Martin, where they were responsible for relationship management, follow-ups with clients, and sourcing profiles from various verticals. In 2017, they joined IndiaRush.com as a Sr HR Executive & Admin. Ritika then moved to Caretech Alliance in 2018 as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2020, they began working at Mobikasa as a Human Resource Specialist, where they were responsible for payroll process, documentation and onboarding, performance appraisal and company audit, attrition report and exit process, compliances, employment verification, HR policy and employee engagement, leave management and time management. Ritika is currently employed at MakkPress Technologies as an HR Manager.

Ritika Sharma began their educational journey in 2009, when they completed their Bachelors in Classical Music from Delhi University. In 2010, they obtained a 2010 Common Wealth Games Volunteer Certificate. Ritika then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resource from Govindam Business School, which they completed in 2014.
