Mark Hartke has worked for several companies in a variety of roles. Mark began their career in 2005 at CrossCom National as a Technical Support Rep and Dispatcher. In 2007, they were promoted to Technical Support Representative, Project Manager, and Customer Advocate. In 2012, they moved to Comcast Business as a Customer Support. In 2014, they joined Comcast as an Enterprise Technical Support- Engineer Tech 1, Enterprise Technical Support- Engineer Tech 2, and National Enterprise Support Team. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Mako Networks as a VOIP System Engineer.
Mark Hartke received a Bachelor degree in Network and Communication from DeVry in 2005, having started their studies in 2002.
