Catherine McDonald

Catherine Mc Donald is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee branding, internal communications, and community management. Currently serving as an Employer Brand Coordinator and Employee Experience and Culture Coordinator at Makosi since January 2023, Catherine previously held various roles at Ignition Group from August 2017 to December 2022, including Client Partner and Internal Communications Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an Au Pair with Go Au Pair, a Floor Custodian at Muscle and Fitness Gym Group, and coaching field hockey at Pinetown Girls' High School. Catherine is pursuing a BBA in Marketing Management at IMM Graduate School, complementing previous education at Brookdale Community College and the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
