Chia Michelle McCracken

Michelle McCracken, CHIA, has significant experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Since December 2014, Michelle has served as a Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant and Assistant Manager at Champion Hills at Windyke, focusing on leasing and resident retention. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Germantown Day Spa LLC from December 2005 to February 2007 as a Front Desk Assistant, managing appointment bookings and financial transactions. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The University of Memphis (2011-2014) and an Associate's degree in Travel and Tourism from Southwest Tennessee Community College (1999-2002).
