Roger McLemore has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Roger started their career as a Senior Research Analyst at SNL Financial, where they provided expert analysis and researched real estate companies. Roger then joined ACG Professionals as a Senior Analyst, specializing in analyzing commercial real estate. McLemore then worked at LaSalle Investment Management, where they held various positions and eventually became Vice President and Regional Manager of Asset Management. Here, they were responsible for managing a large portfolio of industrial real estate. After leaving LaSalle, McLemore co-founded McLemore Management Company, LLC, where they served as a Partner and Asset Manager. Roger managed multiple premier corner locations of retail real estate and oversaw leasing, property management, and environmental concerns. Currently, McLemore is the Vice President of Commercial Property Services at Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC, where they oversee commercial property services in Memphis, TN.

Roger McLemore, CCIM obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1999. During their time at the university, they studied various subjects such as Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, Accounting, and Economics. In April 2023, they earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification from the CCIM Institute.
