Kristian Stankiewicz

Kristian Stankiewicz is an accomplished leader in manufacturing and operations management with extensive experience in various roles across several companies. As the Founder and CEO of MAKS Plastics since April 2022, Kristian oversees a privately owned rotational molding and vacuum forming business. Previous positions include Vice President of Manufacturing at Myers Industries, President at Ameri-Kart Corp., and VP of Operations at Justrite Manufacturing. Kristian has a strong background in operational excellence, business strategy, and full P&L responsibility, further demonstrated through strategic roles at other notable companies such as Newell Rubbermaid and Dana Corporation. Kristian holds a Bachelor of Science in Automated Manufacturing Engineering from Lake Superior State University and an MET in Robotics from Washtenaw Community College.
