James Rymel

James Rymel has over 14 years of work experience. James is currently the Director of Technology at Makse Group since 2021. Previously, they were a Manager at KPMG from 2015-2021, where they guided clients through integrating their IT landscape/data flow with the cloud based software - Workday. From 2012-2014, they were an Integration Architect at Towers Watson. From 2011-2012, they were a Consultant at Deloitte, where they worked with implementation teams, clients, and vendors to successfully implement Workday's SaaS applications globally. From 2007-2011, they were a Consultant at Tefen. At Intuit, they were a Senior Project: Process Mapping & Team Cognition from 2007-2011, where they measured the impact and effectiveness of process and advised IBM/IOC teams in collaborative efforts and process mapping exercises and goals. James was also an ITT Intern at Intuit from 2007-2011, where they developed a systematic process to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to Technical Help website within 12 weeks and defined previously unknown customer profiles through research, 1-1's, focus groups, and interaction behaviors.

James Rymel received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2003 and 2009. James also obtained minors in Package Engineering, Graphics Communication, English, and Spanish. Additionally, they hold a Workday 23 certification from Workday.
