Robert Cresswell has held a number of roles in the technology industry since 1994. Robert started as a Tech Lead/Architect at Jobtrak in 1994, and then became the Chief Technology Officer at Jobtrak/Monstertrak.com in 1998. Robert was responsible for growing the products and team into a more deeply featured and mature scalable offering, and the company was acquired in 2000 by Monster.com. Robert then became the CEO/Principal at Malachiarts in 2001.
