Arkadiy Dobkin

Arkadiy Dobkin is the Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President at EPAM. Arkadiy has over 25 years of experience in the software development industry. Arkadiy has a strong background in project management and software development. Arkadiy started their career as a programmer analyst at Prudential Financial in 1992. Arkadiy then became a project manager and consultant at Colgate Palmolive from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they joined SAP Labs as a development manager and consultant. Arkadiy was with SAP Labs until 1998 when they founded EPAM Systems. Arkadiy has been with EPAM ever since and has played a key role in its success.

Arkadiy Dobkin has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University.
